Material handling devices are universal devices with several free or programmable axes. These devices consist of structural and modular elements complemented by purpose-designed grippers. Handling devices thus enable movement and positioning, as well as rotation of various types of the handled material – often already finished products, depending on their size, shape, weight and other properties. To fulfil demanding tasks, they are equipped with various peripheral devices such as positioners, transport devices with travelling lines, buffers, etc.
MANIPULATORS
They represent modular, multi-purpose and flexible devices that enable their deployment at workplaces with high demands, whether in terms of handling range, maximum handled weight, but also positioning accuracy with loads of different weights and shapes.
MH SERIES
consists of:
- Manually-operated balancers with a load capacity of up to 1200 kg;
- Column manipulators with a boom and a gripper for various loads with a load capacity of up to 1200 kg.
Manual manipulators are controlled using a hanging control panel.
MKH SERIES
consists of:
- Portal manipulators with an integrated travelling carriage and a transverse vertical unit(s), where a gripper is fixed according to the type of the handled material with its own travelling line.
The heavy-duty model line is designed for a load capacity of up to 1500 kg.
CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
They are devices intended for the transport of goods or products in various production processes, warehouse management, interoperational transport and for many other purposes. We deliver conveyors as separate devices or as part of larger units and lines.
